The exhibition Soft Delay brings together a group of artists working in Amsterdam. Taking place in Broedplaats de Vlugt/GOLEB, the works relate to space(s) in transition: this is through different tempo(ralitie)s, forms and relations. In January 2021, the installation was built up in the former Van Eesteren Museum space: in keeping with the current COVID-19 regulations, the exhibition has been recontextualized for online—after a period between the installation and the making of the website.
Sara Campos presents a sculptural installation and video in collaboration with Toby Paul;
Alina Lupu writes a text reflection on the exhibition;

Michelle Son makes a sculpture-intervention and presents two other sculptures;
caner teker hangs three posters from a recent series;

two sets of space attached to a wall
whose internal measurements are larger than their shells
one could tell by the encased objects1 that kept swelling,
kept swirling
swaying with the slightest sway
spontaneous! sci-fi in the making
of elastic images
sometimes
with outlines made from rainbows
1 Fragments of objects taken from my daily surroundings such as face-creams, perfume and vitamin bottles, walnuts, eggs and lichees were cast in resin and dried flowers.
